There are lots of diet types in the world and all they work different for each one. Some people say they success it with atkins diet etc., some of them say they dont. I dont like specific diets. They dont work for me and I cant adjust them too. I learned that most effective diet includes healthy foods that I like. I choose healthy foods I like and replace them with unhealthy foods I eat in a day. I have 3 small meals and 2 snacks in a day ( totally 5 small meals). You should do the same.
