I have Hughes Net internet, but it is too slow for online gaming. Is there any way to speed it up?

unfortunately no, I also had Hughes net and looked into this. It is not the speed that is causing problems, it is the latency. It takes to long for the signal from the game to go to the satalite in space, then down to your house, then back up to space and then finally to the game server. It simply takes to long for all of that to take place in real time to keep up with the game.
