Is it possible to make a good-quality reversible hoodie? One side gold satin, the other a flat black?

I have been wanting to make a hoodie for some time now, and I was thinking if it was possible to make one. I am thinking of one of those hoodies that you can wear, and when you want to, flip it inside-out to another color or material. I was thinking of one side gold satin, the other side flat black fleece. I have no experience with knitting or sewing, but my Grandmother might be able to help me a bit.
