Women taking or already have taken over the work force?

im a single working mom in my 30 s and work with hundreds of poeple.my boss is a woman who is the boss of maybee half the men and women at my job.im in a very high position at work and lol i never in a zillion years thought i d be at.and women outnumber men by atleast 25 to 30 %. this had me thinking and i read this year women make up the majority of the workforce for the first time in u.s history.not just my job but the workforce in the u s.walking around the building poeple in my office.all over it seems in my 7 yrs on the job not only is the number of men shrinking but women at the same time are bieng put in higher positions its not even close.now if women truly have taken over the work force wich is a statistic its true.what will it be like in the next 10 yrs???just a thought.
