Something wrong with internet explorer?

well i dont know if this will work but you can press ctrl alt delete and see if you can manually end the pop up, after that try downloading a different web browser like google chrome or mozilla firefox. if thats not it its probably mcafee. (try uninstalling mcafee and downloading another virus protection program)
