Can you put a new video card in a macbook (a1181) 2.4ghz, 2GB Ram, 160GB HDD?

The newer macbooks in the aluminum body have NVIDIA GeForce 9400M as the videocard, now i was wondering if i can replace my GMA X3100 with the newer NVidia. I saw that on newegg.com they sell the Nvidia videocard so if anybody has upgraded their videocard on a macbook please let me know and i appreciate the help if any.
