How Important Is Grammer/Spelling To You?

Yes, grammar is important to me and it drives me completely insane to see these high school/ middle school kids on here just butcher a word like "how". Grammar is important to me because my hobby is writing; I hold down a regular day job but I have been published several times over the past few years. It drives me insane to have mistakes in my writing and I strive to not make any. I just wish that these people would at least bother to use the spell check or pay attention in English cl.
