Please tell me my mom doesnt have cancer :(?

Yes it could be menopausal symptoms, my mom is going though menopause (she is 44) and is having painful . Also, your mother could have a cyst, which effect plenty of women her age. But it is nothing that will kill her, it should be removed though. Also, when a woman has cancer there isn't pain that accompanies it until the later stages when the cancer spreads throughout the body. So she would feel more pain than just the right , either way she should get it checked out.
