Someone please help question about PSAT?

Okay, im such an idiot. the psat completely slipped my mind and we got a newsletter reminding all the sopres (me) that we hav to take it in october. What can i do? i went online and all clroom courses and stuff are like the end of next year. Would buying books be helpful and if so wat kinds? please im desperate how can i prepare for the psat?
