Weight loss please help :(?

now I wiegh 107 kgs which is mive and am 6'0 tall.Now I wana loose weight badly and am determined to do so and hey if adnan sami can why cant I :)...so I brisk walk 6 kilometers(started yestereday)and gonna do it everyday and gonna be on a fruit,vegetable,grill chicken and steamed fish diet...is it the right way to loose weight and if you have any other suggestion please give me,and if it is the right way then in how much time can I jot down to 75 kgs...hopefully in a year...oh and brisk walking makes all body parts firm right?
