you can go from lebanon to turkey by sea for sure .... when u reach lebanon check with the travel an tourism agencies to get you a visa for turkey it will be easy!!!! they will issue u a touristic visa as for ur visas for lebanon get it from cairo it will be easier to u ! from the lebanese Emby they will give it to U in Couple of days !
